Publication Frequency

COMMUNIA – Journal of Community Engagement and Development is published twice a year (biannually).

The journal publishes two regular issues each year, with the following publication periods:

• Issue 1: December–May

• Issue 2: June–November

Each issue contains scholarly articles that have successfully completed the journal's editorial screening and double-blind peer review process.

Regular Publication

COMMUNIA is committed to maintaining a consistent and reliable publication schedule.

The editorial team makes every effort to ensure that each issue is published within its designated publication period and that accepted articles are processed and published in a timely manner.

Any exceptional circumstances that may affect the publication schedule will be communicated appropriately to authors and readers.

Continuous Online Availability

Although COMMUNIA is published twice a year, articles may be published online once the editorial and production processes have been completed, where applicable.

All published articles remain freely accessible in accordance with the journal's Open Access Policy and are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
